For those who haven’t seen it and are looking for information on their project topics, or just some late night pleasure reading… check out ICT4D Collective at Royal Holloway, University of London.  There are not only great links to partner groups (especially in Africa and India), but also to specific topics.  Among them: e-Education, e-Health and e-Rural Development.  I was especially impressed with the sections (and conferences) hosted on e-learning for African Institutes of Higher Education.  They also have a decent research section with a resource guide.  You can even join their Facebook group under “Environments”!
